Sleep well is a package of three sessions designed to help you identify the causes of your sleep problems, reduce stress, and improve your sleep naturally with simple techniques. You will learn body-oriented methods that calm your nervous system and support falling asleep more easily. In addition to the conversation, the package includes practicing these methods. It is intended to help you actively and effectively address sleep disturbances and feelings of helplessness, while developing sustainable sleep habits.
Understanding Your Sleep and Sleep Problems
In the first session, we take the time to carefully understand your sleep and any sleep difficulties. Together, we look at your sleep habits, stressful thoughts, physical tension, and possible triggers that affect your sleep. The goal is to identify patterns, provide initial relief, and create a clear foundation for the next steps.

Learning Self-Help Techniques for Better Sleep
In the second session, we explore how sleep works and how stress can disrupt it. Together, we practice gentle body-focused exercises (based on Bohne & Klein) designed to relax your body, release tension, and support your natural ability to fall asleep. You’ll also learn simple breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques that help you tune in to your body’s signals and use them to fall asleep more easily and sleep more soundly through the night.

Sleep Hygiene: Everything for a Restful Night
In the third session, we focus on sleep hygiene and deepening the exercises you’ve learned so far. Together, we review your sleep diary, analyze patterns and obstacles, and identify factors that positively or negatively affect your sleep. Building on this, we develop individualized routines and evening rituals that prepare your body for restorative sleep. We also revisit body-focused and mindfulness-based exercises, ensuring you can integrate them effectively into your daily life and enjoy the long-term benefits of better, more restful sleep.
