Feel at ease is a 5-session package designed to help you let go of unhealthy and unrealistic beauty ideals that are deeply rooted in our culture and society- and too often in our own minds. These standards can distort our self-image and leave us feeling insecure and dissatisfied with ourselves. In this program, you will transform perfectionist thinking and harsh self-criticism into acceptance, deep self-appreciation, and a mindful, compassionate relationship with yourself and your valuable body.
From Self-Doubt to Self-Confidence
At the beginning, we explore how our socialization has shaped our self-image. We all grow up with certain ideals of beauty, both in family and society, and we have experienced, in one way or another, that we do not meet these ideals. Together, we reflect on your past experiences and begin a process of reclaiming yourself that starts from wounds, doubts, and the negative self-talk that almost everyone knows.

Coming Home in Your Own Body
In session 2, we ask the question: What if we could meet ourselves in a completely new way? What if the problem isn’t our appearance, but our perception and evaluation of it?
You will move from critical judgment to an open, mindful awareness of your body. We explore what it would be like not to objectify ourselves or view ourselves from the outside, but instead to feel and sense from within with care and tenderness. We come home in our own body and curiously explore what it truly means to be at home in ourselves.

Finding Peace, Strength, and Inner Support
In session 3, we deepen our self-awareness recognize that our sense of being fully alive is inseparable from having a body. We allow ourselves to see that there is no need to change our body or outward appearance.
At the same time, we develop awareness of our own destructive thought patterns and approach them with openness and compassion. In hypnotherapeutic sequences, you will meet the inner parts of yourself that are still hurt and wounded.

Embodying Well-Being and Self-Care
In session 4, we anchor the felt experience that our bodies are without fault and always have been. We attune to the deep, bodily knowledge that we are enough just as we are.
The focus shifts from evaluation, criticism, and discipline to loving attention and genuine care. We find answers to the question: What do I need most right now to feel whole and healthy?

Cultivating Self-Respect and Gratitude
In the final session, we close the program with a conscious promise to ourselves: to meet ourselves in a loving, mindful, and caring way, again and again.
We make a promise to our body to care for it, to treat it with kindness and gentleness. Together, we establish practical routines to sustainably integrate what we have learned into our daily lives.
