Hypnotherapy:

Discover Your Inner Depth

Program with 6 sessions in total (one introductory session of 75 minutes and five sessions of 50 minutes each) of guided Value Imagination

I work with the depth-psychologically oriented Value Imagination according to Clemens Brandt, based on the work of U. Böschemeyer. This is a hypnotherapeutic method in which you are guided into a relaxed, imagination-based state, allowing unconscious parts of yourself and your inner values to be experienced not only cognitively, but also emotionally and physically.

During the imaginations, inner images arise as expressions of our inner life. These images carry a unique, individual meaning for each person. Despite their differences, they consistently lead us to fundamental life themes or values such as security, freedom, connection, and self-efficacy.

If you want to learn more about the method, I recommend the corresponding book (German only). Even more, however, I invite you to engage with the direct experience of Value Imagination. The essence and effect of this approach are difficult to capture fully in words – it is meant to be experienced.

This program is particularly suitable for you if you…

  • long for more inner clarity and orientation.

  • feel driven by external expectations or inner pressure.

  • want to better understand and integrate your own self-aspects into everyday life.

  • face important decisions and are seeking inner security.

  • want to reconnect with yourself and what truly matters to you.

  • wish to develop inner strength, meaning, and emotional stability.

Discover Your Inner Depth is a program that opens up a previously unknown world within yourself. Value Imagination is a conscious journey to the unconscious, empowering parts of ourselves which are not consciously known yet. Through working with inner images (imagination), you gain access to inner clarity, emotional stability, and a solid inner orientation. Decisions become more coherent, self-confidence grows, and the sense of “arriving in yourself” is strengthened.

Introduction and First Imagination

In the first session, we take the time to get to know each other. You share your current life situation and the challenges you are facing. I provide an introduction to the method and an overview of what is helpful and practical for our work together – for example, a beautiful notebook to record your experiences during the imaginations. Then, I gently guide you through your first imagination and accompany you on this inner journey. Afterward, we take time to reflect on your experiences in light of your current themes and concerns, to understand them gently and let them settle in peace.

1

Inner Nature Spirits

In the second session, we meet our inner Nature Spirits for the first time. This imagination invites us to reconnect with our primal essence, intuition, and instinctive understanding of the natural world. On this journey, we encounter figures who are deeply rooted, radiate grounding energy, and carry timeless wisdom. We feel their support, sense security, and discover strengths within ourselves we didn’t know we had. This session is about reestablishing our connection with nature and its vibrant, life-giving forces.

2

Inner doctors and healers

In the third session, we meet our inner doctors and healers. This is a meeting with our self-healing forces, which do everything for our well-being and recovery. They may make us aware of past wounds that still affect us and often show, through small gestures and interventions, how we can become even more whole and healed. They intuitively know what we need in the moment, and we feel that we are in the best hands with them.

3

Inner Life Artists

In the fourth session, we encounter our inner life artists. They embody joy, pleasure, lightness, muse, and humor – without being silly – and an unconditional yes to life. Through contact with them, we reconnect with this often-neglected ability within ourselves to rediscover the world with wonder and curiosity. “Life artists bring us, with a childlike and often neglected ability, to rediscover the beauty of the world, to marvel,” describes Clemens Brandt about these inner value figures.

4

Inner Gentle Ones

In the fifth session, we meet our inner gentle ones – a quality so important yet often lost in a fast and loud world: gentleness and patience. The slow, protective, and considered way of being. We meet figures who embody precisely this within us. They allow us to arrive, to find calm, are empathetic, and let us be. They do not demand or push us. They meet us and show how valuable it is to pause, to be patient, and to dwell in loving attention.

5

The Uninjured Child

In the sixth session, we encounter the uninjured child. While we all carry wounded child aspects within us, the uninjured child shows us immediate, unspoiled being: total openness to life, curiosity, and goodwill – a potential that is often lost as we grow older. We need to reconnect with this deep vitality, so free and immediate, in order to face our current life themes as adults in wholeness. This session concludes the program, closing the circle, reflecting on, and honoring the experiences of your imagination journeys.
